CAESA® Additive

Modular CAM Software with integrated simulation.

Optimized Slicing

The focus of the CAESA® Composites Suite lies in the variety of processes that can be controlled with it. This also includes automated and optimized path planning for additive manufacturing processes. CAESA® supports the user from the loading of the components to the manufacturing analyses, simulations and NC-export.

CAESA® offers:

  • Planar and non-planar slicing algorithms

  • Consideration of marerial and process requirements within the path planning process

  • Use of continuous fibers possible

  • Free component design thanks to guide curves

  • Minimisation of support

  • Simple adaptation of the hardware and kinematics used

  • Enables the combination with other additive processes and the planning of complex components
